We all have to make the choice. I made it several years ago. It wasn’t easy, but I was determined to take my health into my own hands and not be satisfied with status quo. 
I wanted to live well ALL the time. And feel good ALL the time. Eating Raw and Living Foods has changed my life. God worked a miracle in my life as a result of this diet. Because it works for me, I know it can work for you, too.

This list may look limited, but it’s not. Living a Raw and Living Foods lifestyle does not mean you give up taste, variety or many of your favorite dishes. You like pizza? You can have it.
