My kitchen space is located in the Pasadena area (close to Eagle Rock/ Mt. Washington/ Downtown L.A.), I’m able to service the Greater Los Angeles area as well as the San Gabriel, San Fernando, and Santa Clarita valleys.

If you’re a student in any of my courses, you are automatically eligible for our Raw Food Pot Love! This is a great time to learn more about raw foods. You’ll fellowship with other raw enthusiasts and eat delicious meals prepared by other classmates. You can obtain new recipe ideas and highlight your talent. This gathering is an excellent time to share testimonials as well as obtain support and motivation. Bring a family member or friend and introduce them to the exciting world of Raw and Living Foods.
Please bring your favorite raw food dish to share. Your dish should feed between 10 to 15 people.
Living Foods Demonstrations

This option is for:
• Health-conscious groups wanting to know a little more about Raw and Living Foods before they decide to sign-up for a full class: I offer a 1 1/2 hour food demonstration that includes speaking with the attendees about the benefits of Raw and Living Foods.
• Health-conscious grocery stores: I offer a 1
1/2 to 2 hour food demonstration that includes speaking with customers about the benefits of Raw and Living Foods.
• Corporations interested in promoting a healthy lifestyle for their employees: I offer a 1 1/2 -to 2-hour food demonstration that includes speaking with employees about the benefits of Raw and Living Foods.
• Organizations planning a health fair: I offer food demonstrations that include speaking with participants. Hours to be determined per event.

Learn how to make raw and living foods for yourself and others!
This is a fundamental course that will teach you the basics of raw and living foods. You will learn how to prepare a variety of seven different delicious recipes using the food processor, Excalibur Dehydrator, Vita-Mix and Champion Juicer. Some of the dishes you’ll learn how to make include: better than salmon pate, better than chicken salad, greens with soul, collard green wrap with Jamaican Jerk nut meat, hummus with garlic rye crackers, vegetable pasta with marinara sauce, chocolate coconut macaroons, delicious desserts and lots more! Each class offers a different variety of recipes!!

1) You’re not really sure if a Raw and Living Foods lifestyle is for you, and you don’t know where or how to begin. The initial phone consultation will help you determine the best approach for your lifestyle. We’ll discuss your overall health and/or weight concerns and how to help you achieve your goals with a plan created especially for you.
2) You’re already in the raw process and just have a few questions. You feel a phone consultation would really help you.
3) After the initial consultation, Tegra will modify your daily diet after looking over three to four days worth of food diary entries. Adjustments and recommendations will be given according to your individual needs, including suggestions for an easier transition and a plan to help you stay on the raw diet. Recipes also may be given.
