10. Get your body moving
When you create harmony in your life you feel as though you can tackle anything. Nothing is impossible. The sky’s the limit!!!! You’re focused, setting goals, and reaching those goals – you’re unstoppable!!!!
Sometimes we may feel challenged when it comes to doing certain things. Know that God will give you the strength to endure any and everything that comes your way.
“Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise,”
Heb. 10: 35-36 (NKJV).
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths,” Prov. 3:5-6 (NKJV).
Psalm 136:1-9 (NKJV)
“Oh give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!
For His mercy endures forever.
Oh, give thanks to the God of gods!
For His mercy endures forever.
Oh, give thanks to the Lord of lords!
For His mercy endures forever:
To Him who alone does great wonders,
For His mercy endures forever;
To Him who by wisdom made the heavens,
For His mercy endures forever;
To Him who laid out the earth above the
waters,
For His mercy endures forever;
To Him who made great lights,
For His mercy endures forever –
The sun to rule by day,
For His mercy endures forever;
The moon and stars to rule by night,
For His mercy endures forever.”

Our Deepest Fear
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate; Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light — not our darkness — that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, “Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?” Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.
Your playing small doesn’t serve the world. There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone.
As we let our own light shine,
We give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others.
